i'm diagnosed with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder.
i tend to be hyperactive and more often that not, very distracted.

i'm also quite impulsive and tend to lose focus pretty easily.

i also frequently interrupt or cut people off when they speak. i often change topics quite suddenly and lose track of the convo, and for that i apologise. i'm trying my best!!!!!!!

i also do tend to put my attention here there and everywhere so it often causes people to have to repeat themselves to me.
